In the Azienda Agricola Marina Palusci they have been dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees for four generations with the production of extra virgin olive oil obtained from monoculture in the municipality of Pianella. These receptive results that Marina Palusci and her family have achieved with the oil, have also achieved them, with the same seriousness and passion, in the production of natural wine, with the first commercialization in 2009 and with an excellent reception by the professionals of the sector in Italy. Seven hectares of vineyards with Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina and Moscato Rosa – distributed in four plots, with a «monovigna» production: with the intention of having the wine specificities of each plot. The soils are predominantly of clay and in the vineyard only copper and sulfur are used. The same mentality in the cellar with the vinification through spontaneous fermentation and the exclusion of any additive, including sulfur dioxide.
