Well-preserved eighteenth-century winery, currently has an average production of about twenty thousand bottles of red, white, sparkling and liqueurs. The Bobal grape gives body and color to its wines and combining it in the proper proportion with the variety Garnacha and Tempranillo obtain excellent and aromatic wines. The grape they select is the best quality, from the region Utiel-Requena (Valencia), which has been produced with organic farming techniques, so it has the certificate issued by the Committee of Ecological Agriculture of the Valencian Community (CAE-CV). The objective pursued in Bodega Cueva, is to obtain a small production of wines with personality, natural and with denomination of origin, capable of making us feel unique and incomparable sensations.
