For Old Boy a bottle of wine is an expression of culture: our wines are imbued with our ideas and thoughts, and this is the philosophy at the heart of the product. We are always striving for a continuous improvement and enrichment of the biodiversity. We propose a «limited edition» of sparkling wines with indigenous and international grapes that we buy from winemakers with a specific soil management. We select winemakers who use practices for soil vitality and haven’t invasive intervention on the vineyard. The main characteristics we want in our wines are a strong acidity, flavor and pas dosé.
